Terms of service

What innernet is
innernet is a versioned context system for ideas and code. You create projects, store dimensions and nodes inside them, and connect AI clients to read and write them via our MCP server.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe — your passphrase for any encrypted projects, your OAuth client secrets, and your API keys. We can't recover a lost passphrase for encrypted dimensions.
Your content
You own what you save. By using innernet you grant us a narrow, revocable license to store and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you and the AI clients you connect.
You agree not to use innernet to store content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, or that violates the policies of the upstream providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase) you route through us.
Service availability
innernet is provided as-is during early access. We don't guarantee uptime or backwards compatibility while the schema is still evolving. We'll communicate breaking changes in advance when we can.
Termination
You can close your account anytime from /account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or threaten its integrity, with notice where reasonable.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of innernet. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the prior twelve months (during early access, this is zero).
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified via the email on your account.
